The Guarda Solar Path Light has a vandal resistant design, made of durable die cast aluminium. Not only does it incorporate a high impact, crystallised polycarbonate lens, but added aluminium struts further protection from damage. This commercial solar bollard has a 210mm diameter, with a substantial, base of 258mm diameter for surface mounting. This is the largest base of all of our solar models, and as a result, the most robust.

At dusk, the Guarda solar light will illuminate at full brightness, and then follow a gradual dimming sequence until it reaches 30% brightness after 5 hours. From then on it will remain at 30% until dawn.

Vandal Resistant Solar Bollard Light – 760mm Height

The Guarda Vandal Resistant Solar Bollard Light is made from durable die-cast aluminium and includes aluminium struts. A high impact, crystallised polycarbonate lens is incorporated which further protects this from damage. This commercial solar bollard has a 210mm diameter, with a substantial base of 258mm diameter for surface mounting. Having the largest base out of all of our solar models makes this bollard the most robust. This vandal-resistant solar bollard can be mounted to any flat surface. Alternatively, J-bolts can be used to root mount into wet concrete.

The Guarda includes a set time controller. At dusk, the Guarda bollard light will illuminate at full brightness and then follow a gradual dimming sequence until it reaches 30% brightness after 5 hours. From then on it will remain at 30% until dawn or out of charge. This time control sequence alongside the replaceable LifePO4 lithium battery and substantial monocrystalline solar panel results in the battery charge being retained for longer. This is particularly effective during duller periods where constant full brightness solar lights would drain the charge fairly quickly. The on/off switch is concealed by a waterproof bung / plug.

Both Warm White and Daylight White 1.8W Epistar LEDs generate a fantastic light output with over 100 lumens per watt.
