BOLEDA VENTUS – LED Louvred Bollard Light 

In Autumn 2022, Lumena launched a brand new range of high output, in-built LED Louvred Bollard Lights, called the Boleda. This range is extremely versatile, having standard and Dusk to Dawn options available, as well as Surface Mount and Root Mount versions. The Boleda Ventus incorporates a louvred, domed top head. Surrounded is a clear diffuser for optimum light output, an even spread of light as well as further protection. 3 different colour temperatures can be selected via the internal 3-way switch: 3000K, 4200K, 6500K. Experiment with the colour options without the need to change the lamp. The 20W rated in-built LED emits a generous 1600lm (80lm/W) output.

The Boleda Ventus LED Bollards are made from heavy duty, pressure die-cast aluminium with non-corrosive, stainless steel socket screws. The tubes are up to 5mm thick aluminium and reinforced with internal ribs. Rated IP65 with an IK08 impact rating, the Ventus is a great option for car parks, pathways, driveways and seating areas. As a result, the Boleda range will last many years and has a 5 year Guarantee.

Mounting Options

The Boleda Range was designed to be extremely versatile. Therefore a couple of options are available in terms of height and mount. Choose between 0.8m or 1m in two different mounting options, root mounted or surface mounted.

Surface mounted models include a heavy duty, internal surface mount. The surface mount base is designed to be fixed to a flat surface. This could be decking, slabs or brick for example. Secure in place with anchor bolts to clamp in place or pair with the J-Bolt Root Mounting Kit to fix into wet concrete. Create additional stability in more vulnerable areas by adding the internal surface mount support system to your Boleda Ventus LED Bollard Lights.

The root mounted models include an anchor bar complete with nuts for strong, sturdy mounting as well as a cable gland which allows for easy wiring after fixing the bollard in place. The strong mounting bar inside the tubular body acts as an anchor when set into concrete.

Photocell (Dusk to Dawn) Sensor – Optional

Upgrade to a photocell (dusk to dawn) sensor to automate your lights.

The Ventus model has the option to have an integral dusk to dawn sensor. This enables light automation, automatically switching on the LED bollard at dusk and off again at dawn. As a result, this acts as a security light all night long, without the need to remember to manually turn the bollard on and off.
